Realtor Safety Training
Intensive, hands on workshop taught by a team of professionals which focuses on situational awareness, real world attack scenarios, and appropriate responsive skills. Also included are safety recommendations for industry specific threats, such as, open house protocol, vehicular safety, office and accountability procedures to be adopted to policy. We will address such topics as daily itineraries, agent/office collateral, property ownership verification, new client pre-screen, and identification, and more.
